New energy vehicles rely on large batches of shafts and housings — motor shafts, joints and plungers — where consistency and geometry control matter most. These are typical parts our customers make on JSWAY turn-mill centers and Kevf grinding machines.

Shaft blank, knurling and threads are completed in one setup on a turn-mill center; after heat treatment the bearing seats are finish-ground, so the shaft runs quiet and lasts.

Outer diameter and ball-groove are ground in a single setup on the composite grinder, no re-clamping — stable groove roundness means smooth, quiet transmission.

Plunger ODs are ground in batch with tight size consistency for reliable sealing — exactly what a CNC cylindrical grinder does best.
