High Precision Grinding Machine

The GC300D1A-CNC series is a high-precision CNC compound grinding machine for internal and external surfaces. The Z-axis carries a 40,000 rpm electric grinding spindle (options up to 105,000 rpm), while the work spindle uses a Japanese servo motor on original NSK bearings with stepless 0–1000 r/min speed. FANUC 0i-TF PLUS control and full-closed-loop scales deliver positioning accuracy X/Z ≤0.004 mm and repeatability ≤0.002 mm. Typical parts include control valves, needle valve bodies, spring sockets and bearing seats for automotive, hydraulic and new-energy applications.
